Return and Exchange Policies

- We have a 7 days return or exchange policy from the date of receiving your order.
- Items returned or exchanged MUST still have the Kat Active clothing tag attached.
- The product must be clean and not have been worn.
- Any other faults or defects that may appear on the product should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- A proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.
- As some items may go out of stock quickly, we may not be able to make the desired exchange. However, we will have alternative options or solutions available.
- The shipping cost to us for exchange or return is the responsibility of the customer. We will ship the new item at Kat Active’s cost.
- Kat Active will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Sale, Promotion or Discounted items are not exchangeable or returnable.
- We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before a refund is made.
- Kat Active does not take responsibility for wear and tear, or damages due to mishandling, accidents or lack of care.
- Refunds: Valid refunds will be paid within 48 hours of receipt of item in question. Refunds will paid via EFT.
Order Processing time: Orders will be shipped out within 3 – 4 business days.
Shipping:
- In Windhoek (exl Elisenheim) – N$ 40.00
- Namibia (Outside Windhoek) – N$ 85.00
Collection: If you have chosen the collection option, orders can be picked up once you have been notified that the order is ready for collection.
Collection Times: 08h00 – 13h30 and 17h00 – 18h30
